Doreen Teo
Our Beloved ‘Mama’
“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you.” Psalm 32:8
We are sad to announce the passing of Doreen Kia Chay Teo – lovingly known as ‘Mama’.
She died peacefully at 3pm on Sunday 14th May at home surrounded by her family as she finished her journey on this earth. Everyone who met her knew of her love for her Lord Jesus who she radiated.
We celebrate Doreen’s wonderful life as a wife, mother, grandmother (mama), friend and mentor, and constant supporter of people with prayer.
The Funeral Services
On Monday 12th June at 10am there was a Committal Service at Aldershot Crematorium followed at 1.30pm by a Celebration of Life Service held in a beautiful marquee at Weydon Christian Centre.
For those unable to attend, or who are not based in the UK, both services can be watched below. Following the services, the family planted a tree in memory of Doreen and guests were invited to stay for afternoon tea and refreshments.
